Theme Policies

Return Policy​

Due to the nature of the product being digital, it cannot be returned or exchanged, and the purchase is not refundable. Please review the theme demo site and Etsy shop listing prior to purchasing. If you have any questions regarding the theme do not hesitate to contact us via email at [email protected] before you purchase the theme.

Our theme is built off the Hello Elementor theme. This means we inherit their copyleft, GNU General Public License. Please review the license to understand what you may and may not do with our theme.

Theme Support Policy​

We offer support for our theme for 6 months from the date of your purchase of the theme. Our support is communicated through the Etsy shop or through email.

If our theme is removed from the shop, we will continue to grant support for customers until support expires.

The support includes the following:

  • Download issues with the theme bundle.
  • Issues accessing the theme support content/documentation.
  • Theme installation errors.
  • Unexpected behavior with theme templates, styles, fonts used with the theme.
  • General info/suggestions on how to accomplish something with the theme templates that was not part of the documentation.

The included support does not include the following:

  • Theme installation services (we offer this for an extra charge)
  • Theme modification services (we offer this for an extra charge)
  • Issues with your web hosting/server (we offer this for an extra charge)

Theme Updates Policy​

All customers will receive theme template additions and security updates for the lifetime of the product. If/when we consider the theme to have reached its end of life, we will remove the theme from the shop and will inform all customers in advance that we will no longer continue to make updates to it.
